The national government establishes an electronic information exchange procedure to issue the Waiver exemption certificate at the time of registration of the export destination by vessel, bound for Cuba and Brazil.
This is indicated by the General Resolution 4336/2018 of the Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) and the Undersecretariat of Ports, Waterways and Merchant Marine of the Nation, published this Thursday (22.11.2018/XNUMX/XNUMX) in the Official Gazette.
The regulations indicate that the exchange of electronic information between the AFIP and the Undersecretariat of Ports will allow the supply and use of data corresponding to the completed export destinations and the export manifests presented, for the purposes of comply with the control assumed through the treaties approved by Cuba and Brazil.
The new resolution will come into force as of December 23th 2018.
