The Secretariat for Central American Economic Integration (SIECA) announced the seminar “Technological tools for trade facilitation in Central America”, an event developed virtually by the entity for those interested. The cost is 100 dollars; it includes teaching materials, access to the platform, recordings and a certificate.
The program has been structured as follows: from the 13 to the 27 of April of 2021 Two-hour classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
In this seminar, participants will learn about trade facilitation tools in the region and will learn about the Central American Trade Platform, a project funded by the European Union, coordinated by the Inter-American Development Bank and implemented by SIECA.
During the training, participants will access information on the following aspects:
- The use and completion of the Central American Single Declaration of Land Transit (DUCA-T)
- Central American Trade Platform
- Regional Integration System for Health Records (SIRRS)
- The use and completion of the Central American Single Invoice and Declaration (FYDUCA)
- Market analysis tools: Central American Trade Statistics System (SEC) and Regional Agricultural Market Intelligence and Monitoring System (SIMMAGRO).
