Tariff items that will become non-automatic import licenses are modified

The Government modifies tariff positions that will become non-automatic licenses, through the Provision 10/2020.

The measure of the Undersecretary of Commercial Policy and Management of the Ministry of Productive Development, published this Friday (22.05.2020/9/2020) in the Official Gazette, rectifies Annex I of Provision XNUMX/XNUMX, given that the tariff items were eliminated 7321.81.00, 8450.11.00 y 8516.29.00.

Based on this, with this new regulation it is replaces Annex I in its entirety of Provision 9/2020, according to art. 1 of the rule says: 

ARTICLE 1.- Annex I of Provision No. 9 dated May 19, 2020 of the UNDERSECRETARY OF COMMERCIAL POLICY AND MANAGEMENT of the SECRETARY OF INDUSTRY, KNOWLEDGE ECONOMY AND EXTERNAL TRADE MANAGEMENT of the MINISTRY OF PRODUCTIVE DEVELOPMENT, shall be replaced by the Annex which, as IF-2020-33406469-APN-SSPYGC#MDP, is an integral part of this measure.

The provision, signed by the Undersecretary of Commercial Policy and Management, Alejandro Barrios, has been in force since May 21, 2020.
