Signify Argentina SA joins the Domiciliary Customs regime

-

The General Directorate of Customs, an agency dependent on the AFIP, included the firm Signify Argentina SA in the Domiciliary Customs regime, through the 20 / 2019 resolution.

This is established by the regulations published in the Official Gazette this Wednesday (31.07.2019/XNUMX/XNUMX) whose text says "include in the Domiciliary Customs Regime established in Res. Gral. AFIP 596/99 and its amendments, the company Signify Argentina SA, CUIT 33-71492461-9 (formerly Philips Lighting Argentina SA), with fiscal and legal address at Nicolás Repetto 3656, Floor 4, T1 -Olivos- Province of Buenos Aires."

The text, signed by the head of Customs, Diego Jorge Dávila, clarifies that the measure is justified because the firm Philips Argentina SA owns 50,00% of the share capital of Signify Argentina SA – formerly Philips Lighting Argentina SA.
