Tax enforcement costs reduced

The Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) has reduced by 20% the fees that taxpayers pay to lawyers in cases involving tax enforcement proceedings.

This benefit, which facilitates compliance with tax obligations, was implemented through the provision 375/2019 published this Wednesday (16.10.2019/XNUMX/XNUMX) in the Official Gazette.

The amendment will come into effect on October 16, 2019. The new percentages will thus be applied to all pending tax executions for which fees have not yet been assessed as of the aforementioned date.

The new percentages are stipulated as follows:
