The Ministry of Agriculture reopened today (21.03.2022) the Registry of Affidavits of Foreign Sales (DJVE) for soybean flour and oil, after the two percentage point reduction in the export duty rate was revoked on Saturday.
The measure was announced in a statement from the Undersecretariat of Agricultural Markets and was signed by its head, Javier Preciado Patiño.
«The validity of the reopening is «from 00:00 on March 21, 2022", the official statement said.
The reopening of the registry is announced after the publication of Decree 131/2022, which modified the withholding scheme for soybean products, such as oil and flour, by removing the differential between processed and unprocessed products within the soybean complex.
In this way, these by-products went from being subject to 31% to 33% in export duties, which implies two additional points in the rate, until at least December 31 of this year.
