The Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) ordered extend for 30 calendar days the filing of personal property and income tax returns for individuals. Originally, they were due between June 11 and 13.
Therefore, the New dates for filing both taxes will be July 11, 12 and 13, according to the ending of the taxpayer's CUIT.
The tax authority clarifies that the payment of both taxes not extended, the corresponding amounts must be determined and entered until June 12, 13 and 14, as appropriate.
On the other hand, the AFIP specifies that the "mini-plan" will be available only to those taxpayers who have submitted their tax return by June 30.
The amendment will be made official through a general resolution of the body that will be published in the Official Gazette in the coming days.
