The Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries incorporated regional productions of three varieties of the soybean complex.
This is established by the Resolution 335 / 2023, published this Friday (15.09.2023/XNUMX/XNUMX) in the Official Gazette, whose annex adds to soy flour made with deactivated beans and enriched with trace elements, which corresponds to the position 1208.10.00; also protein concentrates and textured protein substances, made from soy, whose nomenclature is 2106.10.00. And the position 2309.90.90 which refers to animal feed preparations with nutritional elements containing soy, its by-products or residues.
It should be noted that membership in the Export Increase Program will be voluntary, and may be done by those subjects who have exported soybeans or their derivatives at any time in the last 18 months. The procedure to follow is detailed in the Instructions for requesting membership in the Export Increase Program – Regional Economies – Decree 194/23.
Validity
Additionally, it is recalled that the new edition of the “Export Increase Program for Soybeans” will be valid until next September 30.
