Additionally, producers must respect physical-chemical parameters that demonstrate the genuineness and safety of the wine and ensure the absolute absence of defects, a characteristic analyzed through a sensory evaluation carried out by the National Institute of Viticulture (INV). Compliance with the protocol will be audited by independent third parties (private certifying companies).

Thus, there are now 52 products that can voluntarily adopt this Quality Seal, which is granted free of charge for a renewable period every two years to companies in the country whose products are manufactured in strict compliance with the requirements established by each Protocol. These sets of manufacturing standards are established by technicians from official institutions such as INTA, INTI and Senasa, who work with the Chambers that represent the private sector linked to production.
The product that obtains the use of the seal has, among other benefits, an additional 0,5% to the tariff position in the Export Refunds, and the right to participate in fairs. of the calendar of the Argentine Agency for Investment and International Trade, as well as having stands at exhibitions, seminars and national and international business rounds.
