The Government of Peru made official the Law to Strengthen the Single Window for Foreign Trade (VUCE), after being approved by Congress on October 3, 2018.
This is established by the Law No. 30860, published this Wednesday (23.10.2018) in the Official Gazette El Peruano.
The new regulation establishes that the VUCE will be a platform for the exchange of information between international trade and transport.
The VUCE is an integrated system for facilitating foreign trade which, through electronic means, allows the parties involved in foreign trade and international transport to exchange information required for the entry, exit or transit of goods and means of transport from or to the national territory.
The law will come into force upon its regulation., which must be approved by Mincetur within 60 business days, starting today.
