The AFIP has decided to extend to all employers the possibility of voluntarily using the Digital Payroll Book, through the resolution 4535 published this Monday (29.07.2019) in the Official Gazette.
This computer tool allows employers to comply with the provisions of labor regulations with a significant savings in time and costs, In addition to adding Greater efficiency and information security.
Furthermore, those who adhere to this instrument will avoid fulfilling the obligation to submit the monthly Affidavit of non-remunerative concepts.
As well, strengthens AFIP control mechanisms and generates the possibility of carrying out cross-checks with provincial and municipal authorities.
After an initial stage in which the Digital Book was used by a small group of taxpayers, the possibility is now open for all employers to voluntarily begin using it and thus simplify the declaration and registration process.
