The international part was led by Fernando Wins, Director of the Strategic Planning Directorate of the Customs of Uruguay; Mayra Pérez, Head of the OAS of Uruguay; Brenda Aguilar Sáenz, Head of the OAS of Guatemala; Sandra Corcuera, from the IDB; Alvaro Palmigiani, from the Customs of Uruguay.
