The Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) made official the Extension until March 31, 2020 of the validity of the permanent payment facility regime that expired at the end of the year, through the General Resolution 4651/2019.
The measure, published this Monday (30.12.2019) in the Official Gazette, the agency's decision aims to ensure the continuity of a financing mechanism for taxpayers while access to the moratorium provided for in the Law on Social Solidarity and Productive Reactivation is being implemented.
Likewise, through the General Resolution 4655/2019, la AFIP decided to extend until March 31, 2020 the suspension to block precautionary measures to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, registered in the “MiPyMES Business Registry”, as well as for those taxpayers who are characterized in the “Registration System” as “Potential Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise – Section I and II”,
The agency headed by Mercedes Marcó del Ponto has thus extended the period previously provided for in the regulations by three months in order to alleviate the financial suffocation faced by many companies.
