The National Civil Aviation Administration (ANAC) legitimized that airlines will be able to reschedule their regular operations and begin marketing their services starting next September 1, through the resolutions 143 y 144/2020 published this Monday (27.04.2020/XNUMX/XNUMX) in the Official Gazette.
One of them authorized airlines that operate passenger air transport services from, to or within the national territory to sell tickets with a start date of operations starting on September 1, 2020.
The rescheduling of operations and authorizations will be subject to the effective lifting of restrictions imposed on commercial air transport and operating modalities. that may be established in a timely manner based on the orderly exit from the emergency generated by the coronavirus.
The second resolution established that, within the framework of the health emergency, airlines may only market passenger air transport services from, to or within the national territory, to the extent that they are formally authorized by ANAC.
He also stated that the promotion and marketing of regular and non-regular passenger air transport services in violation of the provisions will be subject to sanctions.
