The Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) recategorized 21.500 self-employed workers for invoicing or selling with debit and/or credit cards above the amounts established for their category, among other reasons.
They will be notified through the electronic address (e-Ventanilla) and will receive an alert in the email address they have declared to the AFIP. They will also be able to check if they have been recategorized on the Monotributo portal (monotributo.afip.gob.ar) and the mobile application (Mi Monotributo).
The The list of self-employed persons recategorized ex officio will be published next Monday (5.2.2018) in the Official Gazettel, while those excluded will be able to see the payroll on Tuesday (6.2.2018).
From the date of notification, taxpayers may choose to accept the measure or appeal the recategorization ordered by the AFIP within the following 15 business days, a procedure that must be carried out exclusively online.
