* Additional guarantee: minimum amount of two million dollars (US$ 2.000.000). Its amount will be appropriate to the annual operation.
* Failure to register liquid and payable debt for tax, customs and social security resources obligations at the time of submitting the membership application.
* Have warehouses authorized for the consolidation or deconsolidation of merchandise, which must have:
a) Security cameras connected to the Single Customs Monitoring Center (“CUMA”).
b) An electronic security system for entry and exit to the sector, which operates on the biometric data of authorized persons.
c) A non-intrusive image inspection system for the detection of narcotics and explosives to control all merchandise, with image storage.
d) Duly authorized fiscal balance.
