The national government has established that registration and re-registration in the Registry of Port Services Companies must be managed through the platform «Remote Procedures».
This is established by the 113 / 2019 resolution of the General Administration of Ports, State Company, whose text says "establish the obligation to use the Remote Procedures System (TAD) of the Electronic Document Management System for Port Services (GDE) for applications for registration and re-registration in the Registry of Port Services Companies, provided for in Resolution No. Resol-2019-30-APN-AGP#MTR".
According to the arguments, the measure responds to the application of good practices in simplification, incorporated into the public sector, aimed at reducing excessive procedures, simplifying processes and developing regulations, in order to achieve an efficient, predictable State capable of responding to citizen needs.
The resolution is signed by the head of the General Port Administration, Gonzalo Mórtola.
