The Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) formalized the extension of la tax fair from the 18 from July to August 2 next, maintaining the suspension of the calculation of current deadlines for taxpayers in different procedures of the organization.
This is established by the General Resolution 4766/2020, published this Tuesday (21/07/2020) in the Official Gazette.
The measure covers ex officio determinations, investigations, fines, discharges, closures, payment notices and inspection requirements, among others.
The resolution maintains the audit procedures carried out by AFIP based on information provided by the Organization for International Trade and Development (OECD) on Argentine accounts abroad.
The tax fair extends all procedural deadlines in tax, customs and social security matters.
According to the agency, the decision does not suspend AFIP's actions.
