The Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) expanded the payment facility regime to include debts due up to April 30, according to the general resolution 4541.
This is established by the regulations published this Thursday (01.08.2019) in the Official Gazette, the text of which says: "A payment facility regime is established within the scope of the "My Facilities" system, applicable to the cancellation of tax obligations and social security resources, tax withholdings and collections, due until April 30, 2019, inclusive, with their respective interests and fines.«.
The resolution, signed by the head of the AFIP, Leandro Germán Cucciolli, provides the following: terms of payment, according to the Annex:
