Customs resolves queries on tariff classification

The General Directorate of Customs (an organization that is part of the Federal Public Revenue Administration) proceeded to to answer questions regarding the tariff classification of certain goods, within the framework of the powers conferred by Articles 4 and 7 of Decree No. 618 of July 10, 1997, its amendments and its supplements, and by virtue of the delegation made to this General Directorate by Provision No. 204 (AFIP) of August 2, 2017.

This is what the General Resolutions indicate. 4874 / 2020 y 4875 / 2020, published this Wednesday (09.12.2020) in the Official Gazette, whose annexes detail the following goods and respective tariff classifications.

Both Resolutions come into force upon publication.
