Once the road clearance work has been completed following the earthquake in Coquimbo, the Agua Negra Pass will be reopened on Tuesday (22.1.2019), the Binational Region reported.
The Governor of Elqui, Daniela Norambuena, confirmed that after incessant work, mainly on the Chilean side, the Agua Negra Pass that connects the Coquimbo Region, Chile, with the Province of San Juan, Argentina, will be reopened this Tuesday at 7 a.m. until 17 p.m.
The earthquake that occurred in Coquimbo last Saturday, January 19 at 22.33:XNUMX p.m. caused various problems in buildings, streets, shopping malls and also on the Agua Negra road.
