The Primary Customs Zone of El Palomar Airport is enabled”

The Government enabled the property indicated as a Primary Customs Zone at the “El Palomar” Airport, located in Morón, province of Buenos Aires, through the General resolution 4533/2019.

The regulations, published in the Official Gazette this Friday (26.07.2019/XNUMX/XNUMX) indicate that the limits of the Primary Customs Zone of the International Airport "El Palomar" are determined, in the jurisdiction of the Customs Directorate of Ezeiza, located in the town of El Palomar, Morón district, Province of Buenos Aires, as indicated in the Attachments (IF-2019-00220132-AFIP- SGDADVCOAD#SDGCTI) which is approved and forms part of this document. Likewise, the powder magazines located at the Military Air Base are excluded from the aforementioned area.

The official text states that the Concessionaire must provide the necessary signage and signage related to the entry and exit of passengers to the Customs Territory, as well as their movement within the Primary Customs Zone.

It is added that until the construction works at the “El Palomar” International Airport are completed, the Concessionaire must delimit the perimeter of the Primary Customs Zone with visible georeferenced points. Likewise, the customs service must authorize the operational circuit for entry and/or exit to the Primary Customs Zone of materials, construction vehicles and debris removal, among others.

The resolution, signed by the Federal Administrator of Public Revenue, Leandro Germán Cuccioli, is of immediate application.
