The Government made official the “Particular COVID-19 Emergency Plan Protocol, for the Motor Transport of General and Dangerous Cargo on National Routes within the framework of the new Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic”

Joint Resolution 4/2020,
The regulations, published this Thursday (11.06.2020) in the Official Gazette, It establishes actions to prevent the spread of the virus, applicable to the different stages of the journey (loading, travel, stops, and unloading) and the sanitary conditions that land freight transport must have.
The official text explains that "it is imperative to maintain the normal flow of essential products through national and international trade operations, complying with the sanitary measures that aim to ensure the health and prevention of the personnel involved in them."
The document clarifies that "Road freight transport is an essential activity that aims to satisfy the demand and normal supply of essential supplies for the population, "participating in logistics from the transit of inputs to the finished product at distributors. For this reason, the new protocol seeks compliance with sanitary measures to protect transporters and/or workers in the national and international land freight distribution and transportation service, who must continue to perform tasks during the pandemic."
The provisions of the Resolution, signed by the Ministers of Transport, Mario Meoni; of the Interior, Eduardo de Pedro; of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries, Luis Basterra; of Security, Sabina Frederic; of Health, Ginés Mario González García and of the National Directorate of Migration, Maria Florencia Carignano, are of immediate application.
