The text states that the purpose is to determine that all necessary and possible actions are taken to avoid affecting the supply of the domestic market, before proceeding to restrict or interrupt natural gas exports.
The actors involved in the operating procedure for natural gas exports will be, in addition to the holders of natural gas export authorizations, the natural gas transportation licensees and the National Gas Regulatory Entity (Enargas).
