The Government approved the new certificate that can be processed by carriers to circulate during the period of social, preventive and mandatory isolation, provided that they carry out any of the activities considered essential services, through the Resolution 84 / 2020.
The decision, published this Sunday (05.04.2020/XNUMX/XNUMX) in the Official Gazette, affects those who carry out "activities related to agricultural and fishing production, distribution and marketing, essential activities related to foreign trade (including operational tasks in the port, river, maritime and lake, railway and automotive cargo sectors), collection, transportation and treatment of solid urban, hazardous and pathogenic waste, transportation of goods, petroleum, fuels and LPG, postal and parcel distribution services, production and distribution of biofuels.”
The text clarifies that "certificates generated prior to this standard retain their validity."
It is also indicated that the authorization can be printed and completed or, at the time, can be processed, both by the carrier and by the freight forwarder, through the website of the Ministry of Transport.
