The Government established the “Specific Requirements” that must be met by logistics operators of the Simplified Export Regime “Exporta Simple”, through the General resolution 4480/2019.
The measure, published this Monday (13.5.2019) in the Official Gazette, indicates the conditions of these foreign trade subjects in the following annex:
The regulations clarify that such logistics operators must issue original electronic receipts in order to support the operations. within the framework of good practices in simplification, among other measures.
The resolution, signed by the head of the Federal Public Revenue Administration, Leandro Germán Cuccioli, is of immediate application.
