The General Administration of Ports (AGP) extended the 20% bonus applicable to the values referred to the occupation of real estate or spaces in the country's river and maritime stations, for the concepts accrued in July, August and September this year.
The decision was announced through the Resolution 29 / 2020 published this Tuesday (14.07.2020/XNUMX/XNUMX) in the Official Gazette, which also provided for the possibility of extending payments, whether total or partial, corresponding to these concepts and periods, which They will be settled starting in October in six equal and consecutive monthly installments.
It also established the full loss of bonus benefits and postponement of payments for those permit holders who are found to have been dismissed or suspended without just cause or for reasons of lack or reduction of work or force majeure.
The regulations emphasized that it is appropriate to take these measures on an exceptional basis, seeking to contribute with the national government, in order to mitigate the effects of the coronavirus pandemic.
He stressed that the measures adopted "focus primarily on the port community and, with special focus, on ensuring the preservation of existing jobs, a circumstance that becomes essential for the harmonious functioning of the port system."
Also, in the Resolution 28 / 2020 also published in the Bulletin, the AGP set a 100% bonus on the minimum number of passengers to be paid, in the form of port usage fees, for ferry passengers and vehicles, for the firms Naviera HM, Sturla and Adriana Orlando.
In addition, it provided a 100% bonus on the minimum amount for passengers and vehicles on board, for the Ocean Export permit holder.
In all cases, the bonuses will apply to the concepts accrued between April and September of this year.
