The new Commented Customs Code by doctors Guillermo Felipe Coronel and Guillermo Sueldo is now available

Doctors Guillermo Felipe Coronel and Guillermo J. Sueldo make available the new Commented Customs Code (Volume IV) y Volume VI), both in paperback and e-book versions.

This publication aims to bring the subject closer to new generations of professionals and pay tribute to Ricardo Xavier Basaldúa, Enrique Barreira, Héctor Vidal Albarracín, Laureano Fernández, Francisco García, Mario Alsina, Rodolfo Cambra and Juan Patricio Cotter Moine, for their indisputable and valuable contribution to the legal system, four decades after the Customs Code of the Argentine Republic. 

So what announced the authors in «Constitutional Airs”, a program of the Argentine Association of Constitutional Justice on Canal METRO, hosted by Claudia Marinelli. 

The work is divided into six volumes; the compendia cover the following topics: 

  • Volume I: Scope – Subjects – Control (art. 1 to 129) 
  • Volume II: Importation – Exportation (art. 130 to 465)
  • Volume III: Special Regimes – Special Areas – Prohibitions (art. 466 to 634)
  • Volume IV: Taxes and Incentives (art. 635 to 859) 
  • Volume V: Crimes and Infractions (art. 860 to 1000) 
  • Volume VI: Customs procedures (art. 1001 to 1183)
