The Tax Court of the Nation lifted the extraordinary fair, according to the Resolution 30 / 2020.
The regulation, published this Friday (31.07.2020) in the Official Gazette, indicates that the Court has resolved among several points: «Lift the extraordinary holiday and, as of August 10, 2020, annul the suspension of deadlines ordered in electronic files, without prejudice to the powers of the investigating judge to order its suspension again in a reasoned manner; maintain the extraordinary holiday - and consequent suspension of deadlines - for all files processed in paper format«.
The text clarifies that the decision is accompanied by a series of additional measures, which are justified as support for the provisions by the National State and with the aim of mitigating the spread of the virus (COVID-19), guaranteeing full access to the justice service provided by the Court.
This Resolution, signed by the President of the Court, Rubén Marchevsky, enters into force immediately.
