The Tax Court appointed its judges on vacation

The National Tax Court decided to integrate the Chambers that will operate during the summer judicial recess, through agreement 3/2019, published this Thursday (28.11.2019) in the Official Gazette. 

The official text states that "the judicial fair of period from January 1 to 31, 2020, the Court with tax jurisdiction will be comprised of Drs. Pablo Alejandro Porporatto (from 1 to 12 inclusive), Laura Amalia Guzmán (from 1 to 12 inclusive), Agustina O´Donnell (from 1 to 12 inclusive), Juan Carlos Vicchi (from 13 to 19 inclusive), Viviana Marmillón (from 13 to 19 inclusive), Edith Viviana Gómez (from 13 to 19 inclusive), Daniel Alejandro Martín (from 20 to 31 inclusive), Claudio Esteban Luis (from 20 to 31 inclusive), José Luis Pérez (from 20 to 26 inclusive) and Armando Magallón (from 27 to 31 inclusive). The Court with customs jurisdiction will be comprised of Drs. Juan Manuel SORIA (from 1 to 12 inclusive), Claudia Beatriz Sarquís (from 13 to 26 inclusive), Héctor Hugo Juárez (from 27 to 31 inclusive), Cora Marcela Musso (from 1 to 15 inclusive), Christian Marcelo González Palazzo (from 16 to 31 inclusive), Horacio Joaquín Sefura (from 1 to 19 inclusive) and Pablo Adrián Garbarino (from 20 to 31 inclusive)».

In addition, the agreement clarifies that the schedule of Reception Desk and Customer Service During the judicial recess period it will be 12 to 30 pm.
