The Tax Court decided to declare the days of December 24 and 31, 2020, inoperative for procedural purposes, without prejudice to the validity of the procedural acts that have been carried out on that date. The decision was published this Monday (28.12.2020) in the Official Gazette.
By Resolution 68 / 2020, which has the signature of the president of the organization Rubén Alberto Marchevsky, the holidays for Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve were made official. Since the 24th and 31st are working days, by Decree 1010/2020 the Government resolved that "it is considered convenient to grant administrative leave on December 24 and 31 of this year." At the same time, the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation through Agreement No. 39/20 ordered to declare the same days as judicial holidays for all Federal and National Courts in the country.
Thus, "the days of December 24 and 31 of the current year must be declared non-working days for procedural purposes, without prejudice to the validity of the procedural acts that have been carried out on said date," states the regulations published in the Official Gazette.
