Government modified retention scheme and suspended DJVE

The National Government decided to modify the export duty scheme and suspend the Foreign Sales Declarations (DJVE) as of this Saturday (14.12.2019).

Brianda retentions, made changes through the Decree 37 / 2019, which was published in the Official Gazette.

The measure says that from this Saturday, December 14, it remains $4 per dollar scheme is no longer in effect that had been established by former President Macri, and is now paid Fixed rate of 9%.

According to the sector's runners, with this novelty Soybeans and derivatives (flours, pellets and oils) will now be taxed at 30%. While, Corn, wheat, sorghum, sunflower and barley, will pay taxes on the 12%.

In all cases, the tax increase is 5,3%

In parallel, through the  Resolution 196 / 2019. the Executive suspended the registration of DJVEs until Monday, December 16.
