The National Government published the Law of Social Solidarity and Productive Reactivation, on the afternoon of this Monday (23.12.2019) in the Official Gazette.
The text of the 88-article regulation provides that the public emergency in social, economic, administrative, financial and exchange matters is in force until December 31, 2020.
La Law 27.571 It includes key issues such as the creation of a tax on the purchase of dollars for tourism or hoarding, increases in personal property tax rates, a moratorium for SMEs, freezing and reviewing tariffs, an increase in export duties on grains and oilseeds (withholdings), and the suspension of retirement mobility, one of the most controversial points along with the 30% surcharge on purchases in dollars abroad.
The regulations are in force as of today.
