The Government modified and expanded the list of medical and health products that must have a export permit, in order to guarantee the population access to critical supplies in the face of the coronavirus pandemic.

He did it through the Decree 617 / 2020 published this Monday (27.07.2020) in the Official Gazette, the text of which provides that to export products such as ethyl alcohol, interferon, paracetamol, disinfectants, surgical and disposable gloves, protective clothing and masks, among other products described in the Annex of the regulations, the shipment must have a permit issued by the Ministry of Productive Development, with intervention of the Health portfolio.

The Government made the decision "given the health emergency situation taking place in our country and in order not to affect the health care of the population."

The Government also issued the Resolution 367 / 2020 of the Ministry of Productive Development for the purposes of to make the process related to the aforementioned export permits operational, speeding them up.
