The Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) granted the Authorization for the operation of a tax warehouse in the jurisdiction of the Posadas Customs, located in the new Port of Posadas, which is located in the Nemesio Parma area, at the confluence of the Aperú stream and the Paraná River, downstream from the city of Posadas, Province of Misiones
This is established by the Resolution 19 / 2020, published this Monday (02.11.2020) in the Official Gazette, in whose text it is indicated that said deposit will have an extension that enables the Storage of import, export cargo and empty containers, considering the space that allows the movement of cargo transportation means, among others, and for all the facilities established by General Resolution No. 4352.
The text clarifies that, after consulting the NORTHEAST Regional Customs Directorate regarding the authorization of a port terminal, on August 17 of this year it endorsed the proposal made by the applicant and nullified the initial proposal for the delimitation of the primary zone duly made by that body.
Therefore, it was resolved: "To approve the feasibility of the project to establish a port terminal presented by the "Port Administration of Posadas and Santa Ana" CUIT No. 30-71541462-3, located in the new Port of Posadas, Paraje Nemesio Parma, at the confluence of the Apepú stream and the Paraná River, downstream from the city of Posadas, Province of Misiones, jurisdiction of the Posadas Customs.

At the same time, the AFIP proceeded to authorize the expansion of the tax warehouse Located on Circunvalación Avenue and Del Mar, Central Market, Tapiales town, district ofand La Matanza, province of Buenos Aires in favor of the signature Central Logistics SAthrough Resolution 24 / 2020.
This will also be allocated to the treatment of dangerous goods, as indicated by General Resolution No. 4352 (AFIP), Annex II, Point 5.2. establishes with respect to the municipal authorization requirement, that “When dealing with dangerous goods and/or explosives, they must be specifically stated in the authorization”, so the documentation provided by the firm on page 489 justifies the expansion of the universe of merchandise that it will be authorized to store in the fiscal premises in question, consequently corresponding to issue the administrative act that receives such modification.
Consequently, it has been resolved: "The authorization granted to the Central Logistics Tax Warehouse Central SA (CUIT No. 30711098123) by RESOL-2017-81-APN-DGADUA#AFIP is extended to store IMO merchandise, provided that there is specific authorization from third-party organizations for said merchandise, according to its type and class."
