DThe Simplified Agricultural Information System (SISA) has been operational since December 1st., by which each producer or operator is rated according to their degree of compliance, reported the Ministry of Production and Labor, the Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) and the National Service for Agri-Food Health and Quality (Senasa).
Easy, fast and digital
SISA allowed the unification of 4 registries into a single system that eliminates paperwork and reduces the information required by more than 50%. SISA integrates the Fiscal Registry of Grain Operations (RFOG); the Fiscal Registry of Exploited Rural Lands (TIRE); the National Sanitary Registry of Agricultural Producers (RENSPA) and the Registry of Monotributist Grain Producers.
Producers only have to submit two sworn statements per year, instead of the seven they had to deliver until now, and they save costs and time.
Each producer/operator is qualified according to their degree of compliance with current regulations, by a scoring system that replaced the RFOG suspension and exclusion regime. It is estimated that some 70 thousand grain producers will benefit.
The system is completely onlineThis means that you do not have to go to any office or submit documentation; you only have to enter through the AFIP website, with a Level 3 Tax Code, and after having registered the biometric data with the entity. The different operators must maintain tax compliance, since this new system contemplates three different categories according to the degree of tax conduct during the last 24 months.
