The Tax Collection Agency of the Province of Buenos Aires (ARBA) joins the Tax Registry of Operators of the Pork Chain, of the Federal Administration of Public Revenues (AFIP) and the Ministry of Agroindustry that has been provided in General Resolution 4199-E / 2018
The measure was announced in the Joint General Resolution 4251 and 20/2018 Published this Tuesday (29.5.2018) in the Official Gazette with the signature of the head of the AFIP, Leandro Cuccioli, Luis Miguel Etchevehere (Minister of Agroindustry) and Gastón Fossati (ARBA).
According to the regulation, ARBA will establish a system of payment on account of the tax on gross income for producers who have made the payment on account of VAT per head sold in order to be authorized for slaughter.
On the other hand, the Buenos Aires tax administration will inform the AFIP on a monthly basis of the registry of taxpayers included in the indicated payment on account regime.
The information provided by ARBA to the AFIP will be incorporated into the Tax Registry of Operators of the Production and Marketing Chain of Livestock and Pork, and will be carried out through the "web" service, the agency indicates. Joint General Resolution 4252 and 21/2018, also published this Tuesday.
ARBA's membership in the Tax Registry of Pork Chain Operators will come into effect as of June 1.
