-

The Chamber of Foreign Trade (Camex) of Brazil reduced to zero the rate of the Import Tax (IPI) on computer and telecommunications goods, through the Resolution No. 48, published this Thursday (21.05.2020/XNUMX/XNUMX) in the Federal Official Gazette.

Products include digital printing machines, high-temperature resistant rubber tapes and photovoltaic solar modules.

The products were included in the “Ex-tariff” condition, a regime that consists of the temporary reduction of the tax rate for the import of capital goods, information technology and telecommunications, when there is no equivalent national production.
