Trade balance registers surplus of US$460M in February

Argentina posted a trade surplus of US$460 million in February, the National Institute of Statistics and Census (INDEC) said on Tuesday.

With the positive result of the second month of the year, the Argentine Trade Exchange Indicator (ICA) has accumulated a streak of five consecutive months of growth.

In February, exports totaled US$4.464 billion and imports reached US$4.004 billion.

In February of last year, the trade balance had registered a deficit of US$892 million.
