The Association of Importers and Exporters of the Argentine Republic (AIERA) has just elected its new authorities.
Last Thursday (25.4.2019), AIERA appointed Horacio Consolo, Director of Atomlux SA, as new president
Within the framework of its General Assembly of Associates, the entity renewed its authorities, thus forming the new Board of Directors whose mandate will extend until April 2022.
At the meeting Horacio Consolo took the opportunity to “to thank the previous management and to point out once again that the main objective established by the founding partners of AIERA and which has remained in force since 1966, is and will be to promote Argentine SME exports and to collaborate with the needs of importers, especially of capital goods and raw materials. This is the commitment that all members of the Board of Directors assume and renew today”.
They will accompany the President, as Vice President Mr. Juan Carlos Pereyra, Secretary, Eng. Guillermo Stephanus, Deputy secretary, Dr. Patricia Nora Ballester, Treasurer, Eng. Anibal Llamas, Deputy TreasurerMr. Ezequiel Grosso, Members Incumbents, Mr. Luis Duarte, Mrs. Natalia Pereyra, Lic. Daniel Solda, Lic. Gabriela Hermosid, Lic. Carolina Pereyra and Lic. Santiago Solda. They were also elected as members of the Audit Committee, Mr. Daniel Meilinger and Lic. Pablo Strauss.
AIERA, an entity based in Buenos Aires, has been operating in Argentina for 50 years.
