In its recitals, the resolution recalls that in the 2019 rule, a definitive ad valorem antidumping duty was established for export operations to Argentina of that product originating in Brazil, calculated on FOB values between US$ 0,21 and US$ 0,31, depending on capacity.

While for export operations to Argentina originating in Mexico, the definitive specific antidumping duty was between US$ 0,11 and US$ 0,16 per unit, depending on the size.
