The national government has made official a permanent payment facility regime that allows regularizing tax obligations, social security resources and/or customs, as well as its interest and penalties.
This is established by the General Resolution 4316/2018, published this Tuesday (2.10.2018) in the Official Gazette.
The regulations are aimed at SMEs and individuals with such tax debts, due up to June 30, 2018, with the aim of assisting taxpayers and/or responsible parties to comply with their tax obligations
The resolution signed by the Federal Administrator of Public Revenue, Leandro Cuccioli, comes into force Starting Wednesday (3.10.2018).
