Argentina bans entry of foreigners from risk zones for 30 days

The national government banned for 30 days the entry of non-resident foreigners who have been in areas affected by coronavirus, through resolution 567/2020 announced on Saturday night (14.03.2020/XNUMX/XNUMX) in the Official Gazette.

The regulations state: "The following is established: ban on entry into the country for a period of 30 days for non-resident foreigners who have passed through “affected areas” in the 14 days prior to their arrival«.

The official text adds that "the period of validity of the ban on entry into the country may be shortened or extended depending on the evolution of the epidemiological situation."

The resolution of the Ministry of Health establishes that there may be exceptions in order to address duly justified circumstances of need.
