The Customs Collection and Control Agency (ARCA) officially appointed lawyer Pablo Sebastián Borgna as Director of the Legal Department, through the Provision 57/2026, published this Friday (May 15, 2026).
Dr. Borgna previously served as Head of the Judicial Department within the General Technical Legal Customs Sub-Directorate, a position he is leaving to assume the new role.
The measure is part of the internal restructuring of the organization and the powers conferred by the current regulations governing its operation.
