The National Tax Court (TFN) approved the "User Manual" for filing an appeal before the agency, through the Remote Processing Platform (TAD).
This is established by the Resolution 53 / 2019 published in the Official Gazette this Monday (24.06.2019/XNUMX/XNUMX), in whose foundation it is indicated that the purpose of the approved manual is to provide a service to litigants within a framework of efficiency, effectiveness and quality in the provision of services, facilitating access to new technological tools, in a clear and illustrative manner for the user.
The TFN hears appeals filed in relation to taxes, duties, levies, accessories and penalties applied by the General Tax Directorate and the General Customs Directorate, both dependent on the AFIP.
The resolution takes effect immediately.
