The Buenos Aires Port Authority (AGP) resolved to give a 20% discount on fees paid by the permit holders of the port jurisdiction, to the Provision 51/2020.

The regulations, published this Monday (27.04.2020/XNUMX/XNUMX), also established a extension of payments corresponding to the months of April, May and June of this year, which will be settled starting in July in six equal and consecutive monthly installments with the corresponding compensatory interest.

The measure highlights that Companies that lay off or suspend their workers without cause will lose the right to this benefit.

In addition, the regulations highlight the importance of implementing measures that accompany the guidelines established by the national government to mitigate the economic and social impact that social, preventive and mandatory isolation generates in their activities.
