La General Port Administration (AGP) modified the period of free storage of cargo, which extended from 5 to 7 calendar days counted from the day after the closing of entry to the warehouse declared in the Customs computer systemThe port authority had also extended the suspension of deadlines until June 12.
For shipments, the obligation to receive them within 7 calendar days from the reported delivery deadline (Physical Cut Off) was established.
The T1 rate will be applicable for deliveries up to the seventh calendar day inclusive, counted from the day following the closing of the entry to the warehouse declared in the Customs computer system, with the T2 rate being applicable for deliveries from the day following the deadline established for the T1 rate.
In the case of the T7 rate, it will include a free storage period of 7 calendar days counted until the reported delivery deadline (Physical Cut Off).
Finally, it was decided that additional movements may be billed, provided that they have been effectively provided, up to a maximum of two extra-movements involved in the operation, within the mandatory period (T1 rate).
