The Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) extended the Suspension of the imposition of precautionary measures until December 31, 2019 for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, registered as such in the “Registry of MSME Companies”.
The measure will be published shortly in the Official Gazette.
The extension of the deadline also applies to those taxpayers who are classified in the “Registration System” as “Potential Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises – Section I and II”.
It should be noted that the AFIP had already suspended the imposition of precautionary measures until November 30.
Previously, the mechanisms for lifting embargoes had been made more flexible, incorporating the figure of payment in kind, which allows the use of embargoed funds to settle tax obligations and/or social security resources claimed in a tax execution.
