The AFIP has decided to suspend the systemic procedure for the "ex officio" exclusion from the Simplified Regime for Small Taxpayers from this Wednesday (02.10.2019) until February 29, 2020.
La General Resolution 4600, published in the Official Gazette, is based on the Government's strategy of entrusting this Agency “measures to cushion” the negative impact of the economic and financial events facing the country.
In this context, it is appropriate to establish the suspension until said date of the systemic procedure for full exclusion of the single tax provided for in articles 53 to 55 of General Resolution 4309 and its amendment.
This measure is in addition to others adopted in recent months by the Government in general and the Agency in particular to alleviate the situation of taxpayers and allow them to better comply with their tax obligations, such as the significant expansion of payment plans and the digitalization of numerous procedures.
