The Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) has extended until January 31, 2019 the deadline for joining the Payment Facility Plan known as the “Fiscal Bridge” that allows the regularization of tax obligations, social security or customs resources, their interest and fines.
Financing rate
The payment plan establishes a financing rate 3% monthly for Micro and Small Enterprises, while for the rest of the taxpayers it will be 4% for the months of October, November and December 2018, plus January 2019, and a maximum of 48 installments.
In order to join, taxpayers must have established their Electronic Tax Domicile.
Taxpayers with expired plans due to debts due on September 30 will not be able to enter the same debt into this new plan until January 31, 01.
The measure was published this Friday (28.12.2018) in the Official Gazette through the General Resolution 4390/2018
